Heylo! Welcome back (or if you haven’t been here before, welcome welcome)!
I have a few updates to share, which is always fun. Well, some of them are fun, others less fun. Such is life.
Most excitingly- I have two trips booked! Both to Florida. Definitely hoping to visit another state at the beginning of next year, but for the rest of this year it’ll just be Florida. Which is FINE because in September we’re heading to Universal Orlando Resort (to which, if you didn’t hear, I recently became an Annual Passholder) and in November we’re going to Walt Disney World AND Universal Orlando. Universal’s Annual Passholder Appreciation Days stretch over August and November, so we’ll get to take part in that celebration. Some announcements were made on that subject today, and they include cute new merchandise and VEGAN PIZZA TOTS, which I will be purchasing and def showing off on here. On this trip we’ll be able to see some spooky and fall-related things, which is really exciting. We don’t like to be super scared and so will not be partaking in Halloween Horror Nights, but there will of course be more mild, family-friendly festivities (like pumpkin pasties and the tribute store).
On the November trip, we’ll get to see Holiday goodness as well. The first (and only other, if you pay close attention) time we went to Disney World was in December so we got to experience holidays there as well. It was magical, obvs! I’m really excited to this year also get to check on a festive holiday Universal, including the big Christmas tree, decked-out Hogsmeade, and hopefully a holiday tribute store.
Not as fun personal update- I got all of my wisdom teeth out yesterday as of this posting. My diet for the past 26 hours has been protein powder with oatmilk and watered-down instant mashed potatoes. Delightful! I can’t wait to have yummy chewy sweets again and I hope this hell is worth it!
I have one last thing to add- a request of you, readers. I have been getting up there in page views, which is super awesome and exciting. HOWEVER, the vast majority of these don’t click past the home page. If anyone reading this has any input on how to entice you (and others) to click on individual posts, I’m all ears! Or any feedback on the page, how it looks, and content posted. Also verrrry open to suggestions as for what kind of posts you’d like to see here. You can comment right below, or visit my contact page to send a message straight to me. I appreciate you!!
I GREATLY look forward to sharing pics and thoughts from these upcoming trips and hope to update everyone on what’s new in the parks and what’s coming up- you know it’s lots. Thank you for reading! ❤
